Pricing questions

The fine print, up front

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly per active employee and you can change plans or leave at any time. Enterprise agreements are negotiated individually.
Do you charge for employees who are not rostered?
Billing is based on active employees in your account for the month. Archived or deactivated staff are not counted — handy for seasonal workforces.
Is pricing in Australian dollars and does it include GST?
Prices are listed in AUD and exclude GST. New Zealand customers are billed in AUD — talk to our team about invoicing arrangements for NZ entities.
What support is included?
